To best capture Truffle Oils wonderful flavour and fragrance. It is generally best to finish the dish with truffle oil. It is versatile, affordable; a little goes a long way.

 

Drizzle over grilled fish or steak, pizza, roasted or grilled vegetables, pan fried polenta, sautéed or oven roasted potatoes.

Stir into mashed potatoes, Chicken salad, Scrambled eggs and risotto.

 

It is perfect with fresh or roasted tomatoes, capsicums, onions and grilled eggplant.

Add it to your vinaigrette, pasta sauces and mushroom dishes.

Great to serve as a dipper with crusty bread, and a great alternative to butter.
