Delcrest The Gourmet Pantry offers Flat Rate shipping of $10.95 per order, Australia wide.
For Australian orders over $140.oo we offer free shipping (Conditions may apply).
Packages are sent via Australia Post, and we aim to ship within 3 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. During the busy holiday season, this may extend to 3–5 working days. For estimated delivery times, please check the Australia Post website. However, we can’t guarantee delivery within these timeframes due to peak periods and possible transit delays.
Authorization to leave any parcel on premises or in a non-secure location may void refunds, damages or missing item policy. Voiding refunds or replacement for any damaged or missing items that have been left on the recipient's property without a signature for delivery.
Although we might provide the option for you to select whether you want an order to be left at the door if nobody is home to sign for it, the decision to leave the package or not is at the sole discretion of the shipping carrier's delivery driver. If you are delivering to an apartment that does not have a receiving area for packages, the carrier's delivery driver will also not leave the package outside of your door. We cannot be responsible for packages that are not left due to the named circumstances above.
