Black Truffle oil has a wonderful flavour and fragrance.
A great addition to any meal. It is generally best to finish the dish with truffle oil just before serving. Prefect over grilled fish, pork or steak. Drizzle a little over a winter soup with crusty bread.
For a great vegetarian option, stir into mashed potatoes, risotto, and stir-fried vegetable. It is perfect with fresh or roasted tomatoes, capsicums, onions and grilled eggplant. Add it to your pasta sauces and mushroom dishes.
Truffle oil is great to serve as a dipper with crusty bread, and a great alternative to butter.
