Chilli Sting is a North African style chutney. It is made using Australian grown long red cayenne chilli peppers, garlic, ginger, turmeric and cumin seed. It is an ideal condiment with BBQ foods, sharp cheddar cheese, Middle Eastern and North African foods, vegetarian foods or marinade with. For extra zing, add it to stirfries, curries, refried beans, casseroles or pasta sauces. Mixed with Greek Yoghurt, it makes a fabulous dip.
